Your information is kept in secure, access-restricted systems. Only clinic staff who need it to manage your appointment can see it.

We use trusted service providers to host this website and to handle our email and records. They process your information only to provide these services to us.

Third-party services

If you choose to confirm your booking on WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp and its own privacy policy applies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use cookieless analytics that count visits in total without identifying you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for scheduling, follow-up and our legal obligations. After that, we delete it.

Clients under 18

Appointments for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
